Emma & Pete - St Michael's All angels, Tettenhall & The Park House Hotel, Shifnall

Last weekend was the wedding of Emma & Pete.

St Michaels All Angels was their chosen church in Tettenhall. The weather was perfect. They then went on to celebrate at their beautiful reception venue which was The Park House at Shifnall. Lovely people. What a wonderful Day.

Chrstine & Paul - Emmanuelle Church, Bentley

Saturday we photographed the wedding of Christine & Paul. They got married at Emmanuelle Church, Bentley. Photographers afterwards around the Church grounds with family & friends. Christine & Paul then wanted some photos take and the historical monument - the Cairn. They then set off to celebrate the rest of the day in style in their stretch limo. Beci & Oliver - All Saints, Sutton Coldfield & The Barr Hotel

Friday we photographed Beci & Oliver's Wedding Day. Their ceremony took place at All Saints, Sutton Coldfield and they then travelled in their Cinderella style carriage pulled by two beautiful horses to their reception at The Barr Hotel.

Sarah & Dave - Holy Trinity, Short Heath & Oak Farm Hotel

Yesterday was Sarah & Dave's Big Day! What a beautiful day. They tied the knot at Holy Trinity church, Short Heath and then went on to Oak Farm Hotel for their Reception. Was great to see some of our other Brides and Grooms again who were either Bridesmaids, Ushers or guests themselves. Everyone was so relaxed and enjoying the fun. Last Week Our friends Mary & Mark invited us to their Big Day. Their wedding was held at a beautiful country hotel in Otley, Yorkshire. Even though we were guests we still couldnt resist taking some photos of this wonderful couple. Mark & Mary are wedding photographers so this was a first for us and we did feel a tiny bit nervous beforehand but they relaxed and we caught some wonderful moments. Another amazing day last Saturday. It was Kerry & John's big day.

They had a civil ceremony in the hotel and then walked through the grounds to the chapel to have their blessing. The chapel was lit with hundreds of scented candles. Lovely atmosphere.

We all met up at a local nature spot and took a walk as they chatted excitedly about their up and coming big day.

On Saturday we travelled to Leamington Spa to photograph Ann & Paul's Big Day.

Their wedding Ceremony was held at the beautfiul St Peter's the Apostle church.

We walked around Jephson Gardens which is an amazing park. After some photos they then spent the rest of their wedding day in the Restaurant in the Park.

What a wonderful fun couple who really enjoyed themselves. Dawn loves Christmas time so they chose this time of year to get married, so when Santa rode past on the fire engine it was a bonus!

Gold Award - SWPP

Yesterday I found out that one of my images won another award from the SWPP monthly competitions. It won a gold for the catagory of Traditional Wedding. I feel very proud and absolutely over the moon about it.

The couple were Ria & Mikey that got married at the Ramada Resort in Wolverhampton earlier this year so thank you Guys!!

All Gold awarded imgaes go forward to the annual judging at the SWPP convention in London.
